Front outer edge text reads "Oil City Convention In The Bounds Of Brotherhood Greeting/We Strive To Save Life And Property." Center text reads "For President 1909 Vote For/W.H. Long/Foreman Hanover S.F.E. Co. For 25 Years." Rare and NM.
