Both are from same story sequence. Phantom is in 11 panels, though one panel is a paste-up photocopy from the previous week. Storyline has Phantom underwater in scuba gear using telepathy to talk w/ underwater alien “Watermen” who are concerned about villain Mori who is catching sacred fish. Each has small applied “Olesen Pencils Frederick Inks” sticker, but bottom margins are signed in ink “Fred Fredericks”. Both are clean and Exc. Fredericks has drawn the “Mandrake The Magician” comic strip for over 40 years, did “The Phantom” Sunday comic strip for five years, and inked many comic books. A well drawn pair.
