Item Description
6.25x6.5" wide leatherette handled bag w/embroidered, tapestry-like side panels depicting repeated images of 1700s couple. Bag has brass frame and clasp. Made by Pyramid, 1930s. Fabric tag inside bag reads "This Is A Genuine Shirley Temple Handbag By Pyramid" and has her image. Attached to leatherette handles is 1-7/8" dia. cardboard tag w/photo image of Temple on one side and "This Is The Only Authentic Shirley Temple - Twentieth Century Fox Film Star - Handbag - Made Under Exclusive Right By Pyramid" text. Tag has noticeable aging but shows only trace of wear. VF. Bag has some oxidation to brass clasps and scattered aging/wear. Fine overall. Scarce.
