Item Description
Earliest showing a clown is 2.5" plus 1937 convention ribbon suspended below. Ribbon has small tears on left edge and lower left corner tip. Celluloid background has some very faint reddish tone mixed in with the cream but no stain and the button displays glossy and NM. Center has window for insertion of a name card, not present. Next with 1949 ribbon is for "18th Annual Convention" and shows woman on horseback with text "The John Pawling Great London 3 Ring Circus." Very minor wear on the fabric with the cello being Mint. Last from Denver 1950 convention is for "19th Annual Convention." Shown is an early circus wagon with text "Denver-Original Quarters/Sells Floto Circus." Small bit of red tone on upper rim edge and the ribbon may have been a slight bit longer in length. Full gloss. Three limited issues.
