Item Description
20x30" poster features stark and powerful image of graves marked w/crosses on a hilltop by F. Devitt Welsh w/"They Give Their Lives - Do You Lend Your Savings?" text. c. 1917-1918. Poster has never been folded and has some scattered handling wear along upper left and top margins w/pinholes at top corners and two 1" tears along bottom margin. Main image remains bright and clean w/vivid colors. If matted and framed, would display VF.
