Item Description
13x17.5" cereal box flat from 1961. The front panel features illustration of Buffalo Bee and an illustration of a bowl of cereal. Small text at bottom left corner mentions Savage Tribal Ring premium enclosed within w/image of mask of the Ekoi Tribe of Nigeria. Back has full panel depicting each of the six different designs as well as image of native wearing mask and dancing to drum music. Flat is folded along center scored line and has trace of aging/lt. handling wear, o/w an unused file copy. Exc. Comes w/complete set of six rings, which include mask designs of the Bakuba Tribe (Congo), Bobo Dance Mask (French W. Africa) and a Congo Ceremonial Mask. Rings are matching marbled cream color plastic and are NM. Rare as a set w/cereal box. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection and comes with COA.
