List includes $195 for 13 page Superman story, $36 for four page “Federal Men” story, and “Cover” w/handwritten pencil notation “Jan” and price of “10”. Has additional ink note “Plus Rent-40 + 5 For J. Shuster Rent”. Total at bottom is $241. Vintage editor’s pencil initials “V.S.” at lower right, signed in full in ink in person “Vincent Sullivan” in the 1990s. Exc. Historic and unique. From the Charlie Roberts Collection.
