Item Description
Only two issues of this title published by Avon. Dates are July & Dec. 1950. Each is 6-7/8x9.75” w/130 pages including 32 page color comic book sections from Avon comics “Out of This World” and “Strange Worlds”. Both have lead story by Joe Kubert and story by Gardner Fox including “Crom the Barbarian”. First issue has cover w/ terrified blonde attacked by alien, second issue has James Bama cover w/ woman and Flash Gordon type watching another woman being attacked by giant alien spider. Both covers have original owners name in crayon at bottom and edge wear. Still bright, glossy, and VG. Contents have slightest aging but totally clean and supple. VF. About as nice as pulp pages are found. Great concept.
