Hyper Publications. First of just two issues published introduces Hyper, The Phenomenal. Other characters featured include Commodore Ambord and Disco, the Boy Detective. Features art by Dick Calkins of Buck Rogers fame. Hyper (who is featured on front cover) bears a very close resemblance to Buck Rogers. CGC notes very minor amount of glue on cover. Off-white pages.
