Item Description
4-1/8x10.5x20" tall tin litho and painted tin toy by Wolverine. 1920s. Toy is designed like mill grain elevator w/tin litho elevator car and counter weight. Elevator car runs up and down shaft when one of the four included .75" crimped metal balls are dropped into chute. When weight builds up enough, gravity mechanism activates and car slides down to drop off bearings one by one, returning to the top to pick each one up and delivering back to the bottom as windmill blades turn. Toy works and transports balls to bottom of toy. Shows lt. scattered aging/wear. Displays VF. Wonderful design.
