c. 1950s. 13.75” tall overall vinyl w/delicate hand on top w/first finger slotted to hold business card. Side text includes “Rayette” company name w/ “Permanent Waving” text on one side and “Hair Coloring” text on the other. Front has metal plate w/text “ The Skilled Hand Of Beauty Awarded For Merit In Hair Shaping And Hair Styling”. Recipient’s name has never been etched. Base top has trace of edge wear. Fine overall.
