Item Description
3.5x5” postmarked “Jul 18 1907”. Published by Raymond Kahn Co. Cleveland. Front has nice head and shoulders photo of Nap looking at viewer w/his full name printed below image. .75” area at bottom of front has ink note to recipient including “Here Is Larry”. Second baseman Lajoie is considered one of the greatest players of the early 20th Century American League. He played for the Naps between 1902 and 1914 and managed them from 1905 to 1909. He was inducted into the HOF in 1937. Front has a bit of show through from postmark on reverse. Card is addressed to recipient in Pa. Trace of lt. dust soil, corner tips slightly rounded. Fine overall.
