Item Description
c. 1936. 11x13” art board has 8.75x10.5” India ink and wash image area w/typewritten caption at bottom. Boy is having tonsils examined by doctor and saying “Ah, Ah, Ah, Ahhh!!” as nurse walks by. Signed “Moldoff” in ink at lower left. Margins have lt. aging. Image area is Exc. Nice early example by the artist most known for his work on Golden Age DC covers, Hawkman, and Batman.
