Auction #210 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1270 in auction 210
Item Description
9.25" dia. porcelain gas station pump sign. 1930s. Most signs of this type were curved so as to fit the gas pumps of the day. This is scarcer flat "scrambled egg" variety, referencing the wavy outline of this sign. Scattered lt. wear w/some age spotting to white portion of sign w/Atlantic logo. Back has scattered oxidation, but this does not affect front's appearance. Fine overall.
