9-5/8x11-3/8" flat from 1958. The front panel features large shredded wheat biscuit w/inset square reading "Free Inside! Stick-On Insignia Patch" and back has full panel offer featuring illustration of each of the seven vinyl plastic "Official Rin Tin Tin Stick-On Insignia Patch" premiums. These included - Lt. Rip Masters, Rin Tin Tin (Rinty), Rusty, Chief Cochise, Sgt. O'Hara, Major Swanson and Fort Apache. Box has been neatly flattened and aside from some lt. even aging, is an unused file copy. NM.
