Lot of three glazed ceramic Uncle Sam Brownie figural pieces. Two (8-7/8" and 7.5" tall size varieties) are candlestick holders w/holes at top of hats to hold candles. Unmarked w/exception of incised numbers "2837-4" and "2888-20" underneath bases. Other piece is 9-1/8" tall figurine featuring same pose as candlestick holders. Each is c. 1890s. Nice detailing w/gold luster accents to vest/shirt/coat on two larger figures. Larger candlestick holder is NM. Smaller candlestick holder has three pinpoint glaze flakes (underside of hat brim, collar point and bottom of vest) but these are exceedingly minor and candlestick holder still displays NM. Figurine has .25" streak of missing glaze in hair (on back of head) which has paint touch-up and two pinpoint glaze flakes (end of left coat sleeve and bottom of vest), but these are minor and figurine still displays Exc. Nice trio.
