Item Description
Lot of three 4.25" dia. tin litho tip trays, all c. early 1900s. First is for "King-Cola" and ©1908. Wonderful center image of woman holding floral bouquet. Rim text includes "Drink King-Cola - The Royal Drink" and "Va. Beverage Corporation - Roanoke, Va." Scattered lt. wear around rim edges but main image area displays bright and VF. Second is for "Tenn-Cola" and ©1907. Center has wonderful profile image of woman wearing rose in her hair and pearl necklace. Rim text includes "Call For It By Name - At Founts 5¢ In Bottles." Rim has moderate paint wear most noticeable at three areas and underside has a few lt. shallow dents which can be felt just a bit on front. Image area has bright and Fine appearance. Both are copyrighted by The American Art Works of Coshocton, OH. Third is for Taka-Kola and dates to the early 1900s. Has center image of woman in gown holding product bottle above her head superimposed over clock face w/bottle at 12 o'clock. Scattered lt. to moderate wear around rim edges. Trace of lt. dust soiling at upper right of image area. Bright and VF. Interesting design.
