9x12". 32 pages. "How To Make Movie Cartoons." Color illustrations on front and back covers. Photo image of Fleischer on first page with illustration of Betty standing in his hand. Two-page text starts "Dear Young Artist Friends;" It explains process of drawing movie cartoons. Bottom of second page of text signed "Sincerely Yours Fleischer" with facsimile signature. Alternating pages show illustration sequence on one page with corresponding text on other. Step-by-step instructions for drawing Betty, Koko, Bimbo. Two pages show additional characters with center caption "Betty Boop's Cartoon Friends." Last six pages are designed to be cut and made into flip book action movies.
