Item Description
Lot of 13 different 3.5x5.5" postcards, including two by Tuck and four by Whitney. c. early 1900s-1920. All depict a witch or witches as the main theme w/cards also including jack-o-lantern pumpkins, witches flying on broomsticks, a witch cooking for a table full of devils and vegetable men, black cats, owls, bats, cauldrons, etc. One card features young girl dressed as witch sitting on tombstone marked "Jack Halloween." Seven of the 13 have either writing or are postally used. Some designs include embossing and metallic accents. Varying degrees of handling wear, four having moderate staining/age spotting to backs. VG. Rest are Fine overall. Great designs. See following item #1089.
