Item Description
The "Draped Bust" half dollar was a 50-cent piece issued by the US Mint from 1795 to 1808. Designed by Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint Robert Scot, the obverse featured a buxom Lady Liberty bust w/the word "Liberty" on the obverse. The reverse features a heraldic eagle that introduced a national motto - "E Pluribus Unum" (one out of many). From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection and comes with COA.
