Item Description
Lot of six from the 1930s in matching design to similar tea sets including Mickey and Minnie Mouse images. See #2217. Marked "Made In Japan" on undersides w/three larger pieces also marked on underside w/Mickey Mouse name and Disney copyright. Includes three small 1.5" tall canisters (w/lids), pair of larger 2-5/8" tall canisters (w/lids) and 2-5/8" tall salt box w/lid. Images include Mickey as a painter, behind a microphone, watering flowers, Mickey and Minnie in a rowboat. Some of the images have small trace of wear, some red color faded/missing and one small canister has 1/8" edge chip w/1.25" hairline crack. This piece is Good/VG while others remain bright, glossy and VF/Exc. overall. Great design. Rare.
