Item Description
11.75x14" stiff single-sided cardboard sign features nice color photo image of Hollywood actress Lamarr w/cigarette in her hand and image of pack of Lucky Strike cigarettes and tobacco leaf at right. c. 1950. Sign reads in part - "There's Never A Rough Puff In A Lucky - Because Lucky Strike Means Fine Tobacco! Hedy Lamarr Says: 'Luckies Are So Smooth!'" Sign has slight bottom margin trim and shows moderate wear w/.5x1.5" streak of heavy aging/tanning at middle right margin and scattered wear/dust soiling. Back was attached to another surface w/glue, leaving glue stains which do not affect front's display. Still glossy and VG. Great image of Lamarr.
