Item Description
11x14" thin cardboard bin display sign w/die-cut bottom margin for attaching to back of store bin. 1940s. Used to advertise "Swan" soap, w/cartoon images of comedians Burns & Allen w/"CBS" radio microphone and Swan. George Burns carries suitcase marked "Swan Pure White Floating Soap." Swan sponsored the Burns & Allen radio show. Additional text reads "Back On The Air - George Burns And Gracie Allen Every Tuesday Evening." Upper margin has some minor surface paper wear at extreme margin and lower white portion of sign has scattered aging. Fine/VF.
