6x9x.25" thick. This and the matching following Wilson are by the same firm and were originally issued in oak frame. Reverse reads in full "Portrait Of ... Ex-President/Theodore Roosevelt/Geo. Cartlidge. Sculpt/1916/Made By/J.H. Barratt & Co. Ltd/Stoke On Trent." Front surface has seven long hairlines in the glaze and slight cloudiness to left and above portrait.
