Item Description
6x9x.25" thick. This and the preceding Roosevelt are by the same firm and were originally issued in an oak frame. Reverse reads in full "Portrait Of .../President/Woodrow Wilson/Geo. Cartlidge. Sculpt/1916/Made By J.H. Barratt & Co. Ltd./Stoke On Trent/England." Numerous all over short and long hairlines in the glaze. Some very tiny rub marks, most near extreme edges and showing in certain light angles. Still a very striking portrait. Julie Powell Collection.
