2.5x7x7.5" tall. Black enamel paint over cast iron base with three screw holes to desk mount. Item to be embossed is slipped between two circular metal plates and handle is pushed down creating high relief eagle logo about .75" square that reads "NRA/Member/U.S./We Do Our Part." Handle reads "Roover's Desk Press" with 1912 patent date. Minor tan oxidation tone on nickel plated handle. Works great. Only one we've seen. Likely used in a government administrative office.
