Back panel has illustration of the four different finger puppets that were issued one per box. These included - Hush Puppy, Wing Ding, Charlie Horse and of course, Lamb Chop. Additional offer for full-size hand puppets of Hush Puppy, Charlie Horse and Lamb Chop shows Shari Lewis w/Charlie Horse and Lamb Chop puppets. These were attainable by mailing two Life box tops and 50¢ per puppet. Box is complete, empty and assembled w/cut line at bottom back edge. Minor creasing but box remains bright, clean and Exc.
