Item Description
6x12" embossed thin metal issued only to Pennsylvania legislators for inaugural parade Jan. 15, 1963. Serial number 22 has light wear on top edge. Serial number 95 has 3.5' rust mark on bottom right edge and some dullness to blue color on several inches inwards from left, but just in certain light angles. One VF, One VG and both very scarce.
