3.5" tall by 2.5" dia. sealed can contains original enamel paint product (now hardened w/age). ©1923 J.F. Kurfees Paint Company of Louisville, KY. Can features stereotypical image of black man playing banjo w/"testimonial" reading "Dis Black-O-Lene Am Blacker Dem Me." Further text described product thusly - "A Jet Black Enamel Dries With A Gloss Finish And Recommended For: Fenders, Fire Fronts, Mantles, Coal Buckets, Gas Pipes, Etc." Lid has some scattered oxidation and sides of can show lt. scattered wear in the form of nicks/scratches and some scattered small spots of oxidation. .5" indent on large "Black-O-Lene" product name text. VG/Fine.
