This lifetime collection consists of 78 buttons, 11 litho tin tabs, and 3 plastic "G.O.P." stickpins. Majority of the items are 7/8" to 1.75" with a few smaller and a few larger. Items range from one dated 1903 showing a coal breaker and reading "Compliments Of Central Republican League Of Wilkes Barre." This has a little faint age but it is probably one of only two or three in the entire group of 92 pieces that does show any age. While none of the items include a Presidential candidate name there are many obviously directly related to a specific Presidential election year including a Roosevelt Progressive Bull Moose button, several from 1924, many from 1932 related to Hoover through 1940 related to Willkie. There are also many from the late 1940s into the 1950s and quite a few related to Goldwater in 1964. An excellent collection in overall Exc. condition. See following lot for the Democrats.
