Item Description
See previous item #2041 for artist/issue information. Also from "Introducing, Captain Britain" story, this three-panel page shows Captain Britain in civilian clothes at Stonehenge w/the Sword of Might and the Amulet of Right presented to him by the legendary magician Merlyn and his daughter Roma. Choosing the amulet, he then became Captain Britain (though he doesn't appear in costume on this page). Grease pencil issue/page number at top margin. Corners each have 1" clip, but this affects art/text in no way. Aged strip of tape at top center w/tape staining at bottom, neither affecting art. Scattered lt. handling wear/aging w/some white correctional fluid touch-ups, but if matted and framed, art would display VF. From the collection of comic book inker Dave Hunt.
