Item Description
Each piece is 2" of white metal. The first reads on one side "Free Silver/One/Dime/1896." Opposite side of this reads "Vote For A 100¢ Dollar And McKinley." This piece is a variety of #314 in the book Bryan Money by Fred Schornstein. There are small differences in the text and this item does not include the faint letters "I F Repp Fostoria Ohio." NM. Second item reads on one side "Free Coinage/One Dime/1896." There are small dents and scuffs around the center inscription "One Dime." Opposite side has three lines of text "Patent Pending/Fred H. Tibbetts,/Columbus/O." Some small 1/8" marks on this side. This is #300 in Schornstein. Scarce and VG. Pair.
