Both are signed in ink by Overstreet on title page. Softcover has lt. cover color rubs, spine is lightly wrinkled as published w/some aging, o/w VF. Hardcover is NM. Last auction a similar pair sold for $903. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection and comes with COA.
