Item Description
1.25" without back paper or maker name. Metal back has a little heavier than normal surface oxidation and cello by the collet has pair of tiny 1/16" splits and a few pinpoints of age. However, the front of the button displays beautifully with the very slightest trace of a couple of faintly toned dots along the extreme right edge visible only when viewed closely. The piece is beautifully centered and with high gloss. Reads "Souvenir President Harding's Pacific Coast Tour." This was once pinned to the ribbon which has .25" and .5" hairline vertical splits on the top blank area. Over 95% of the ribbon remains Mint and pictures the Liberty Bell with text "Souvenir/Welcome President Harding July 1923." The button is Hake #39 with 2004 guide value of $800.00. Pair.
