Item Description
.75x5x8.75". Box has high relief image of Lone Ranger twirling lasso on silver. Cactus at right, sign in foreground reads "School Companion." Surface has die-cut slot at bottom which has .75" unusual plastic slide mechanism for opening as made. Inside lid has rwb stars and angular stripes design. Red die-cut tray. Printed in relief on inside flap is "American Pencil Co. New York, © 1942 T.L.R." Bold image and text on red box. Lightly aged. Overall VF.
