4" tall. Decal on front has image of Lone Ranger and "© T.L.R." Bottom of green plastic base reads "The Driss Co. Chicago." Decal on front has 1/16" upper right corner missing. Not affecting text and barely noticeable. Different color green base. c. 1940s. Exc.
