Item Description
5-1/8" tall painted cast iron bank by H.L. Judd of Wallingford, CT. c. 1880. This is black face variety w/gold coat. Bottom of beaver hat held in lap has coin slot and when coin is deposited, beggar nods his head. 85% paint remains on hat and hands, 90% remains on front of face, 70% remains on back of head and 30% overall remains of gold coat paint.
