10x13" mat is marked "Jay Ward Productions Inc." in small lettering at lower right and contains original 1960s hand-painted publicity cel w/matching hand-painted bkg. which has been matted to 7x9". Original mat as issued. Features full body images of both Mr. Peabody and Sherman from "Peabody's Improbable History" segments of the late 1950s and early 1960s TV animated series "Rocky And His Friends" and "The Bullwinkle Show," both produced by Jay Ward. Mat has some scattered dust soiling and lt. even aging but cel is NM as issued.
