Item Description
Each is 1.25", none with back paper or maker name. First reads "The Portland News/Knot Hole Club/Boost The Beaver." Cartoon scene of kids looking through fence at batter and catcher. Pair of fairly deep .25" scratches at left and upper right but showing just a hint of white hairlines. Rest is totally clean. Cello is concave, just a hair. Second with ball design and serial number "2749" is "K.C. Blues/Knothole Gang." Probably c.1936 when they became a farm club of the New York Yankee's. NM and displays Mint. Third dated "1935" has text "Daily Times/Leader/Knothole Club." Unusual "Leader" designation and first we've seen. NM and displays Mint.
