Item Description
Each is 2" long with a loop for a key chain. Fronts are in enamel paints while reverses are in brass. About half have a good bit of brass luster left while the other half have muted luster but no damage. There are three reverses on these. So that we can match them to the state on the front we will designate these as A-B-C. (A) has reverse text "Goodrich/Tires/Batteries." (B) shows their Exposition building and has text "Goodrich Tires/New York World's Fair 1939." (C) is the same as B except the date is 1940. In the order of our photo going first top to bottom and then left to right we have: Colorado 1940 (A), Colorado 1941 (A), Georgia 1940 (A), Pennsylvania 1940 (A), Massachusetts 1939 (B), New Jersey 1939 (B), New York 1939 (B), New York 1939 (A), North Carolina 1939 (B), Ohio 1939 (B), New Jersey 1940 (C), New York 1940 (C), New York 1940 (C). The only two with significant paint wear on the front are top one in row three from New York 1939 and bottom one in same row from Ohio 1939. Rest are all VF to Exc. Collection was many years in the making.
