Each ring is silvered brass with a plastic insert, possibly Bakelite, showing the Trylon and Perisphere. The one with white insert has slight bends on the prongs but still very close to perfectly circular. Second with light green has lost a little silver luster from the metal base but top still displays Exc. Much scarcer than the all metal Expo rings.
