Item Description
First is heavy brass plated white metal badge by W&H with celluloid bar reading "Kentucky" and celluloid insert reading "Press/The Kentucky Association." Exc. Next is 2-1/8" beautifully colored button picturing Daniel Boone beneath title "Kentucky Homecoming." Left side shows Indians attacking stockade with date 1774 while on right a woman poses by a horse with date 1906. Panel below has music notes and lyrics "The Sun Shines Bright In The Old Kentucky Home." Collet holds a pair of lightly worn ribbons reading "Jefferson County/June 13-17, 1906." Celluloid has one tiny bump raised up near its upper edge but exceedingly minor and the celluloid displays Mint.
