Item Description
First is 9.5" tall with embossed brass "GAR" hanger. Used by the "Sedgwick Post, No.1, G.A.R. Norwich, Conn" for their visit to the 24th National Encampment in Boston 1890. Bottom of the ribbon has a cord suspending a nut which has been drilled for attachment top and bottom which also has two tiny holes on opposite sides. Light dust on the fabric. Second with one side showing "Our Old Commander" has text on the opposite side for the "10th Massachusetts Reg't Association" and picturing their President for a visit of this group in 1901 to the Sedgwick Post. Three light creases on the ribbon. Very clean.
