Item Description
Each is 7/8" first with W&H paper and second by Keil, Phila. First shows 4-H symbol with text "Junior Food Army/Girls Club Work." Hairline .25" split on back but front displays Mint. Second is for a "Recruit" with additional text "Boys' Working Reserve, U.S.A./I Will Be Ready/Committee Of Public Safety/Pennsylvania." Owner's penciled date on reverse "9-21-18." NM displaying Mint. Both are scarce.
