Interesting pre and post Fair pair. First is 10x13.75x4.75" deep zippered textured vinyl tote bag w/carrying strap by Bearse Manufacturing Co. of NY. Front features "New York World's Fair 1964-1965" Unisphere logo and additional text reading "Board Of Directors Meeting - September 26, 1963 - 209 Days To Opening." Design/text is repeated on both sides. Some scattered aging/lt. wear w/dust soiling at seams but vinyl remains free of any splits and is Fine/VF overall. Comes w/8.5x10-7/8" "World's Fair Merchandise Sale Catalog" which features numerous items on display or in use at the Fair that were made available for purchase after the Fair closed. Catalog features a variety of typical fixtures like chairs, tables and light fixtures as well as more exclusive items, like displays, African crafts, animal skins from the Sudan Pavilion (including leopard, zebra and lion), elephant foot stools, archeological/biblical items from the American-Isreal Pavilion, live elk from Montana exhibit, boats, a carousel and even a stone castle facade! Catalog has brief text descriptions along w/some bw photos and prices. Catalog shows handling wear w/pinch creases to spine and lt. aging. Fine/VF.
