Item Description
1.75" with name of creator Walt Kelly and 1968 copyright date. This is one of 30 designs each of which were produced in five background colors. On this Pogo's cartoon balloon reads "I'm For Equal Uncivil Rites." Top side edge is missing a 1/8" sliver of celluloid which does not show from the front with front still displaying Mint.
