Item Description
9.5x12" sheet of animation paper has lead pencil concept art for proposed 1935 cartoon which was never produced. Sheet has image area that takes up nearly the entire sheet w/three-headed sea monster's necks being tied in knots by Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy, who moves barrels back and forth. Upper right corner tip has tiny lead pencil number "92". Extreme margin edges have lt. age toning, but image area itself is clean and Exc. Ferdinand Horvath was a story sketch artist at Disney from 1934 to 1937 who brought a European style to the Disney cartoons. He worked on many of the Disney shorts and did preliminary work on Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs. Humorous and extremely well drawn.
