While this 1.5" tall brass badge was widely distributed this comes with very rare 5.5" long mailing envelope and equally rare 5.25x6" stiff card picturing him and addressed to "Dear Young Friend." Text notes that badge confers membership in the club and asks child to "Persuade Mother To Continue Giving You California Syrup Of Figs When Ever You Need Medicine Of This Kind. Sincerely Yours, Dick Tracy." Card has vertical fold as mailed. Minor luster wear on the badge. Only example we've seen.
