Item Description
Lot of five 10x12" acetate sheets, all stapled together along top margin w/two staples. Multi-plane production animation cels feature three playing card soldiers splashing red paint about from the classic "Painting the Roses Red" musical segment of the 1951 animated Disney film "Alice In Wonderland." First and last sheets are unused while second sheet has image of Ace of Spades w/paintbrush and flying paint. Figure has some crazing to black paint areas of body. Third sheet has image of card soldier w/paintbrush and paint bucket w/back facing viewer and flying paint. This image has some black paint transfer on preceding sheet and 1/8" spot of paint loss on neck. Fourth sheet features another Spade soldier, who holds a white rose in his hand as he paints it red. Figure has some crazing to black paint areas of body. Sheets are all stapled to plain sheet w/"The Card Gardeners" pencil notation along w/small Walt Disney Productions copyright stamp at lower right. Acetate sheets have some slight curls at corners. VF overall.
