While we can not document the issuer of the previous brass yo-yo ring this one comes in a worn and stained mailing box with a Kellogg's label. Box is Good. 5x7.25" instruction sheet has original folds as placed in the box and small handling creases with a few tiny stains along one bottom edge. Sheet includes instructions plus additional order forms. There is no date but we would place it as late 1940s. Consists of bright yellow plastic ring base with a built in siren although we have not been able to produce enough lung power to get it to make a sound. Atop this ring top sits a 7/8" dia. by 3/8" thick red plastic yo-yo with its original cord wound at the center. One edge of the plastic has what appears to be a small registration symbol along with the word "Yo-Yo." Ring base has tiny black mark on one side where it came off the injection mold.
